By registering and utilizing this platform, all members (including corporate organizations, experts, and support teams) agree to adhere to the following policies:
- Data Sovereignty & Information Security
Based on our decentralized platform architecture, raw data, confidential documents, and personally identifiable information (PII) are never stored on ATTILA servers. The responsibility for the security and confidentiality of files hosted on external platforms (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint) lies solely with the user. ATTILA only accesses managerial metadata (tasks, deadlines, project status) to facilitate performance evaluation and team coordination. Any unauthorized attempt to access or misuse the information of other members constitutes a direct violation of this policy.
- Exclusive Focus on Professional & Organizational Activities
ATILA is strictly a B2B environment dedicated to professional collaboration, development project management, and expert networking. Any activities unrelated to organizational, technical, or professional matters—including irrelevant advertising, general social interactions, non-professional conversations, or illegal activities—are strictly prohibited. Members are required to engage solely within their defined organizational units, active projects, and professional expert networks.
- Transparency, Integrity & Accountability (Win-Win Strategy)
Founded on a “Smart Synergy” (Win-Win) strategy, ATTILA requires all members and teams to uphold the highest standards of honesty and transparency in performance reporting, evaluation feedback, and team interactions. Misrepresentation of data, manipulation of assessment results, or disruption of task management and coordination processes will be considered a breach of contractual obligations, reserving the right for legal recourse by all involved parties and ATTILA. - Respect for Privacy & Intellectual Property
Members must respect each other’s privacy. All documents, contracts, and professional deliverables shared within the shared workspace are subject to intellectual property laws and must not be utilized or disclosed outside the defined scope of the specific project.
